I actually went for an eyetest and was a bit disappointed in the lack of service, it was all a bit random and saw 4 different people.

Useless - Go somewhere else My 86 year-old mother had been attending the clinic in Bromley for almost a year, she's fiercely independent and likes to deal with things herself, even if that means catching a bus. She has had to revisit the clinic more than 20 times over this period because the £1600 hearing aid has not been working properly. In August the clinic arranged for an appointment when her audiologist was on holiday and the stand-in couldn't do what my Mother needed, so it was a completely wasted journey.
