Stellar experience at the Bootleg Bike Co. Arrived in town, for a weekend of biking, without our e-bike charger. Zach to the rescue! Available store chargers were not a fit. So he had a friend swing by who has our bikes and the right charger. Wow! I also bought a new helmet. Excellent advice and price. What a great shop and incredible staff! Highly recommend! Thanks guys! Andy and Julie

Excellent service! Thanks guys! Harold
Over the past 7 yrs I have been fortunate enough to purchase 3 bikes from Jody, Mat and their team. The first was a Mnt Bike (Santa Cruz Hightower), the 2nd Grvl bike (Cervelo Aspero 5) and the most recent a Road bike (Cervelo S5). The whole team is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Keep up the good work. Gary B
ROCKY MOUNTIAN C30 Blizzard. Was in a bike accident and lost my A10 blizzard. Zack was able to help me order this bike to Red deer as it was the last medium in the Province/Canada. The communication was seamless and the bike showed up packaged perfect not a scratch. They took the time to understand my needs and the bike arrived in 2 days with very reasonable shipping costs. Do not be afraid to order online from these folks it was a 5 star experience for buying a bike unseen. Thankyou. Adam Founder - Red Deer Mountain Bike As... read more
