We LOVE Bootleg Bike Co!! We have come to their shop numerous times since inception for repairs, gear and often just to browse what’s new! This weekend my crankarm fell off my bike for the second time, and I did not feel comfortable with my “trail-fix.” They were able to hook us up quickly with a more durable crank bolt, and sent us on our way at a cost lower than expected. Thanks for being amazing, and we will continue to come in and support your business!!
Great service at this bike shop! They fixed a flat tire for me in about 30 minutes, even though I had no appointment. And I noticed the tube is top quality compared to what stores sell. All at a very reasonable price. Plus the staff was very efficient and courteous! Thanks!
Excellent small business. Staff were courteous and honest. Prices for bike rentals were really fair compared to other options I explored. When my husband had a medical event on the trails, I hustled back to the shop on my own and was a bit panic stricken. The owner, Jody, quickly took me to where my husband waited, and put the bike in the back of his truck. Offered to drive us wherever we needed. Old-school, small-town-vibes business that doesn’t just care about the almighty dollar.
We made a last minute decision to rent bikes and do the North Star trail to Cranbook. We went into bootleg hoping they still had bikes left. And they were so helpful and attentive. The renting process was super easy. They went over the bikes in Great detail and made sure we had every we needed for a great ride. And the ride was fantastic!! Highly recommend this shop for all your bike needs.
