Over the past 7 yrs I have been fortunate enough to purchase 3 bikes from Jody, Mat and their team. The first was a Mnt Bike (Santa Cruz Hightower), the 2nd Grvl bike (Cervelo Aspero 5) and the most recent a Road bike (Cervelo S5). The whole team is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We LOVE Bootleg Bike Co!! We have come to their shop numerous times since inception for repairs, gear and often just to browse what’s new! This weekend my crankarm fell off my bike for the second time, and I did not feel comfortable with my “trail-fix.” They were able to hook us up quickly with a more durable crank bolt, and sent us on our way at a cost lower than expected. Thanks for being amazing, and we will continue to come in and support your business!!
Great service at this bike shop! They fixed a flat tire for me in about 30 minutes, even though I had no appointment. And I noticed the tube is top quality compared to what stores sell. All at a very reasonable price. Plus the staff was very efficient and courteous! Thanks!
