I had such an amazing experience here that it deserves a review. My snowboard boots had been causing severe toe pain for over a year, and I even lost a toenail last season. I came in twice, and Ian (the manager) went above and beyond. On my second visit he custom fixed my liner and added a heel lift that completely solved the problem. Had the best time at Bootdoctors in Taos today! I purchased a pair of custom fit boots as well as new skis/bindings and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. During a visit to the shop earlier this fall, Charlie recommended that I come back for some custom boots, and I’m so glad I did! Had an awesome experience buying my first pair of ski boots. Worked with Tyler as my doctor and then Bill worked with my skis to adjust the bindings to fit the new boots. Everyone in the store was super welcoming and warm and extremely knowledgeable. They definitely have a science of boot fitting and I left with ski boots that were more comfortable than I thought was possible. No upselling, awesome staff, highly recommend. (P.S.
