Amazing support. Just what I needed when I needed it.
We rented here this year in advance to our trip to save money and get the discount (we usually just rent onsite at the mountain). When we picked up our skis the total ended up being over $100 more than it had told me it would be after my deposit AND we down graded from Gold to Silver on a ski package. I have continuously emailed and tried to get in touch with someone with this discrepancy and no one will ever respond. We had the best experience getting new boots for my husband and myself. Robby was so knowledgeable and helped answer all our questions, and then some. We will absolutely be back if we need a tune up! But I expect to be happily skiing in these new boots for years to come.
My fiance and I traveled to Taos Ski Valley last week and we decided that we wanted to FINALLY purchase our own ski boots. We worked with a couple of their staff members, Patrick and Margie, and they were fabulous. Super knowledgeable, very friendly and overall just great.
