Me and my son were in there to buy new boots. They fitted our feet and sent us out the door with the boots they said were best for us after a few short days of wearing the boots i was having trouble with my foot going up and down in the boots same as my son. We called told them the problem they told us to bring them in which we did after a 2 hour drive back there to be told we wore them outside and they could not help us any further.
