Honestly the last few times I have gone in the employees were too busy talking with one another at the register to even help. I decided to order boots online to avoid the store but then I was sent the completely wrong item - which was needed for a specific event. Customer service seems to only care about me sending back the incorrect item. I’m definitely going to have to go elsewhere to do my shopping in the future.
Dave was super awesome and helped my friend pick out an outfit for a wedding and his customer service was exceptional. Would go back agian just for his personality.
