We arrived fifteen minutes before close.Knowing exactly what we wanted, and the sad thing is is instead of really being greeted.We were told you have fifteen minutes and you need to get out. Could have had a cell.We were already ready by seven fifty five.All they had to do was look up a boot for us for the right size.Probably would have taken them two minutes.But they said there was not enough time even though there was still plenty of time.They were still open 45 more minutes. I shop here a lot and I love these guys. Everyone is so helpful. If they don't have something in the store they will find it for you but they have a great selection. Customer service is awesome!
