Went to have my hat reshaped. They said it would be done that Tuesday (dropped it off on Monday). Heard nothing from them by Wednesday, called and they said they hadn’t even started it. Said they would have it started soon and should be done Thursday. Called Thursday and they said they were just about to start it and that they would call Friday.
