My 2 stars is based on customer service & "repair" ability. I took a phone here 2 years ago for screen repair and it would no longer zoom after that. He could not fix it and tried to blame everything under the sun accept his own ability. He=Scott. My son has had 3 screens replaced at Batteries Plus and never had after issues. Now this phone I have got smashed. He sold me another phone, swapped the motherboard into new phone, great. Now my fingerprint is not recognized. There is no add or delete option anymore.
