Stay away - my daughter returned a two month old blackberry because it was not working. Instead of telling her to call boost because it's under warranty, the OWNER said there was nothing he could do and sold her a new phone. I confronted him and he said it wasn't his job to police his customers- he just sells phones. Well I called Boost and now they are sending us a NEW - NOT REFURBISHED-PHONE!!!!! According to Boost Mobile - they don't tollerate this crap. Boost Good - Quarter To Nine Bad
