After reading the Boost information online, I called the store to find out what I'd need to bring to signup for Boost service. I was not only told the offer on the website wasn't available, but was quoted a price more than twice what was online.
Tracey is fast, patient, efficient, knowledgeable and great at what she does! I sincerely appreciated her help today and will be back bc of her.
Woman who was "working" never left her chair, was more interested with what she was doing on her own phone then helping me, and was very rude. Won't return to that location.

If you want to receive EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, stop in and see Tracey!! She had excellent customer service at the Birdneck location and now she's shining bright at the Newton location!!
