It's not going to surprise anyone given the other reviews for this company, but I just wanted to give a shout out to Eric, who is fantastic and helped me through the process of choosing between a couple of options when I came in asking about them. He was with me the entire way and the service has been stellar; going above and beyond in the end. I quickly purchased a second Ebike from him (for my wife), and without hesitation. Thank you so much Boost eBikes!
Recently purchased 2 e-bikes from Eric at Boost in Littleton, we got 2 of the the lectric XP 3.0, it was really great being able to test drive them right there in his parking lot to make sure they would fit our needs. We were able to use the $450 Colo. tax credit which made them very affordable compared to others we have looked at. I was interested in a Lectric Ebike and Boost seemed to be the only place that I could look at one in person. I didn't want to roll the dice and order one online without seeing and riding one. After not making such a good choice on my first E bike, which I purchased online, my wife and I decided to drive from Fort Collins to Boost in Littleton to meet with Eric and try some bikes out. Eric really understands the importance of making sure his customers know what they’re doing before they Purchase an E bike. My wife and I are active seniors and wanted to jump into the e-bike market. Did lots of research and decided that the Lectric bikes were what we were looking for. Eric at Boost E-bikes was everything you want in a salesman. No pressure and took his time explaining all the features each bike had to offer. We decided on the Express 750.
