My order required a custom job that involved atypical symmetry of room dimensions & the challenge of AC vents (and access to vents) impeding a smooth instal of blinds. Bruno made it happen! He did some troubleshooting, creative planning, re-adjustments and got the job done! A job that seemed impossible at one point ended up being completed to my satisfaction at no expense of aesthetic appeal.
