Returning customer. Product quality is excellent and my child has used this brand for years. Entered the store 15 minutes before closing to view a desk. Staff showed clear impatience, pushed the sale, and spoke in an unfriendly manner when I asked questions. When pressured with “are you buying or not,” I cancelled the purchase. It's my second time purchasing items from Boori Chatswood. Store presentation was immaculate, staff welcoming, accommodating, patient and very knowledgeable. Made great recommendations to suit our specific needs and requirements and also answered all our concerns. Warranty and delivery service was fantastic. Products are very high quality. Looking forward to future purchases as our family grows. 10/10 would recommend Thien, Vito & the team at Boori Chatswood. They are the best!
