Returning customer. Product quality is excellent and my child has used this brand for years. Entered the store 15 minutes before closing to view a desk. Staff showed clear impatience, pushed the sale, and spoke in an unfriendly manner when I asked questions. When pressured with “are you buying or not,” I cancelled the purchase.
