I’m very disappointed with the customer service of Boori! I bought a bed rail which obviously has design flaws, as one side of the bed is lifted by this thick bottom. The bed is not flat after installing this which will seriously impact my toddler’s body development. My husband emailed and I called the customer service to return this product and got rejected, even though we only used it for several days and I clearly mentioned that one side of the bed is lifted!
