Disappointing experience at Boori Chatswood. I ordered an item last Sunday and when I collected it, the same item was now 10% cheaper. I asked if they could honour the current price but was told no. The staff said I could return the item, but they wouldn’t allow me to repurchase the same item in store at the discounted price — although I could go online and order it again.
