I am very disappointed with Boori customer service. After buying a Boori bed and pocket spring mattress for my daughter 2 years ago, I was very happy with the product, so I bought another one for my son in February. Unfortunately, the quality is not the same. The mattress is rock hard, you can feel the springs through the top of the mattress, the springs move as you move on the bed and it is incredibly uncomfortable. Unfortunately, our bed came without instructions and with a broken ladder. The store would not allow us to return it or to take care of it. Company policy. Awful customer service
