After being (very) disappointed with the Boori Online Sales & Support Team because they cannot change my address and would only give us a partial refund, even asked us to put a new online online instantly if we need it now. So I called Boori Chatswood to order a new Tidy Pad the assistant at Chatswood is very helpful and lovely. I think next time I just go straight to the shop and collect it instead of ordering online.
The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and patience with us while we took our time to decide on the bunk bed, and kids room furnitures.
