I like the staff Sue , she is so helpful .very kind, very experienced .very happy with my purchase. I will come back to her very soon when I need anything ( we are moving house)
Service wasn't the best here I was after a particular cot and she told me none of stores had it on display. I ended up contacting head office and went to there amazing factory at Eastern Creek highly recommend going straight there the service was incredible
Worst experience. Bought a bed and changer at boori chatswood. The delivery left everything at the lobby and I have to carry everything up to my apartment with help of 3 neighbours! So heavy and boxes are dirty. Very disappointed.
