Impressive inventory of high end furniture, but without a great sales pitch to convince me to buy anything. I couldnt find anything I wanted in the Closeout section. One employee asked if he could with anything, and I asked if they had any deals that’d “be a steal”. I think he assumed I wanted to haggle, and he made his point. This family store is awesome with many styles of furniture and beautifully decorated! They have top brands to unique pieces. Katie is great with styles, materials, colors, spacing, etc. I recommend you go and check out this store!
This is not my review but I saw it on Facebook! You people should be ashamed. I try so hard. Lord knows I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But...I got to say something. Any of you that are familiar with Boone Furnishings and Gifts.....you know it's upscale. It's high dollar, located on highway 70 going towards Whitsett (where I now reside). Friends of mine went to this store to buy two recliners. Just because they had been out running errands they weren't dressed to kill. The people in the store didn't acknowledge them or tried to help them. They stuck there noses up at them. If you don't look the part they don't or want serve you. My friend s have money to buy whatever they want. Don't go there. Sorry customer service . I will be going somewhere else and giving my business
