The owner and employees were very nice and welcoming.
We decided it was time to redo the deck. A few boards replaced over the past few years, and they're already rotting. We visited BKL and were immediately impressed with their knowledge & extremely patient and helpful customer service. Because we're DIY'ers, we went home, did more research and returned the next weekend with more questions. Weekend 3 we ordered our supplies for phase 1: the upper deck. We are pleased to share the before & after. Thanks to everyone for your help! We'll be in touch when it's time for phase 2.
