My recent interaction with Boone-Kenton Lumber & Building Supply was to find special handrail for installation in an existing stairway. They were very helpful in finding and acquiring just what I needed and assisted through the project as required. Great people and great service.
Terrible quality. I've placed 2 orders from this place. First order was 6k. I am not a carpenter by trade and had I noticed the error I would have refused delivery. I'd ordered 16ft boards and 12 ft boards, tongue and groove pine for my 2nd floor remodel. It was days later when I had already brought 100+ boards in the house and carried them upstairs that I'd realized the routing profile was different on them.
