Been trying to get a voucher for 4 years through Boone Co. this is ridiculous. This process always takes too long, every time I have an appointment it's always when I'm in between jobs because it takes so long to get an appointment and something always ends up happening at my jobs because working in America is a joke!! I would like to first start off by saying howmuch I appreciate this service. I would personally like to acknowledge Bobby Barnes. He is awesome and amazing. He is very understanding and he will speak the truth aka "keep it real". I would also like to ackknowledge Beverly Moermond who it stationed in the front office. She displays compassion and tenderness and that is what this world needs in times of hardship. Kuddos to the Department!!
