Poor service and a bank that doesn't care at all. They took away ATM deposits because they said it's more trouble than it's worth. Wow. Young female teller with the last name Johnson has a terrible "I don't care" attitude. Withdrew my money and closed my account because of her. They acted like I was a burden more than anything.
Updated: the morning after my initial review, I got a nice call and voicemail from a lady at Boone bank saying my information got lost in the shuffle and please call her to straighten things out. When I returned the call later the same day, I was told the lady that had left for the day and I should call back on Monday. Why not “can I take a message?” Or “would you like to leave her a voicemail?” Tried to open an account with them. They weren’t interested in having my business.
Fast service.
If you ever move away from Boone. Close your account immediately. Terrible service from afar.
