Definitely the most unpleasant retail experiences I have had in Boonah. I brought in a 1966 Tudor Oyster watch handed down to me by my late father. The business owner says to me “oh, a poor man’s Rolex”.I was only after a new band but the man informed me it needed to have the winder replaced. I didn’t realise that he was unable to perform the works in-house. He said he would need to send it away. In regards to the most recent review. I came into the Shop just as this person……. I won’t call him a gentleman……..was about to leave. . His attitude towards the Shop owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. I have had many dealings with Boonah Jewellery and Gifts. I can’t fault the Service that I have received. Professional and courteous. Robert goes above and beyond to help. Myself and many others are grateful for Robert’s great wealth of knowledge.
Have had several pieces of jewellery repaired over the years. It has always been a positive experience. Reasonably priced.
The only place to shop. Loyal honest and beautiful owner
