Will happily sell broken devices out of the box, but will not honor any form of refund or exchange, Been going here for years And has spent thousands in the store. Will not be back to this location. I’ve been a loyal customer of Boomtown for YEARS, but over the past few months the juice i use has became scarce and now I can’t find it at all. Very frustrating. I’ve asked when it will be back in stock and the only answer I ever get is “when it shows up at the back door” I want to use and support local business but this is going to force me to use a different brand which i don’t want to do ☹️
It used to be you could go and get the juice your looking for but for the last several months i have to travel to every store to try and get what i am looking for. Always get a different reason why they don't have the juice. First it was can't get ingredients then it was stocking the new store now it is we only have one person mixing.
