Bad experience with their agent Dakota. We booked a load at 12 PM Central Time. He told me to wait for the RC because he needed time to build it. I said that was fine, but I kindly asked him that if he didn’t actually have the load, it would be better to tell me now or within the next hour so he wouldn’t waste my time. He assured me the load was 100% good. Had a great experience doing a load for the Boomerang Transportation, they've been professional and understanding, everything went smooth. Shoutout to Nicole handling and helping on the billing process!
What a terrible experience .To book the load with this broker and then receive a call 1 hour later from them and they tell me that i have 2 opition ,either they will negotiate price and i do it for less,or he will be an ass and take me off the load.Nice what else can i say about this broker.Professional communication ?never heard about it
The Boomerang team has been super responsive and great to work with. It is nice they have a 24/7 availability when urgent needs come up.
Did a couple of shipments with James and Allison , everything went perfectly and can't wait to work again with them again . Very good company to work with !
