I see now that others have had the same disappointing experience as me with this store. I cannot believe how disorganized they are with the process of accepting items and getting them into a consignor’s account. What a mess! And now the online store has been down for so long. What’s up?? Never want to deal with this store again after having had only a positive experience with the Kanata location.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE! YOU WILL NOT GET PAID! I went in on May 26th and cashed out and my cheque was written, BUT NOT signed. It is now August 19th and the owner has not went in to sign ANY cheques for anybody! I have called numerous times and requested a call back from the owner....nothing!! No cheques have been signed for over 3 months! Now the business is Temporarily closed and website down. Horrible business and customer service!

Extrêmement cher pour des vêtement de seconde main, tous les morceaux en bons état que j’ai vu étaient vraiment plus dispendieux que si je l’avais acheter neuf en magasin. Celui qui m’a le plus dérangé est un manteau de printemps pour 45$, alors qu’on peut se procurer exactement le même modèle avec les pantalons doublés pour 29$ en magasin.
