On behalf of ImageCare Dental Group - we enjoyed using boomcloud in our practice. They were consistent, helpful and efficient. Keilani and Lisa have always been a delight to work with. Any questions, issues or obstacles we faced they were always able to supply a timely solution. We appreciate the years of service.
Keilani is always super helpful with my inquiries. She is fast with her responses and always does her best to be helpful and provides reasoning. She has become my go to contact when needing to call. Although there are some unique hurdles with Boomcloud itself, the customer service and response is always quick and reliable. 5 starts for Keilani but 4 for Boomcloud, there are some quirks I would like to see fixed.
