Keilani is always super helpful with my inquiries. She is fast with her responses and always does her best to be helpful and provides reasoning. She has become my go to contact when needing to call. Although there are some unique hurdles with Boomcloud itself, the customer service and response is always quick and reliable. 5 starts for Keilani but 4 for Boomcloud, there are some quirks I would like to see fixed.

We've been using Boomcloud since 2018 and couldn't be more grateful in choosing them to manage our membership plans. The software is very easy to use and the customer service is absolutely outstanding! We seriously couldn't manage without them. It's like having an employee to help take care of our memberships without the payroll expense and the headaches of managing! Highly recommend that you use them!
