They graciously helped fix my ebike brakes even though my heavy ebikes are not their usual bikes. Fixed the brakes and taught me some stuff. Great staff and I'm glad they're in the neighborhood!
I had a great experience here getting my years-long rejected bike a a great tuneup at an exceptional price, and it was ready days earlier than I expected. Both staff members I talked to were so helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I will be taking my bike back here next time it needs more work!

I cannot begin to explain the contempt I have for these guys. I work downtown at Paseo Nuevo, and these guys periodically visit the parking lot in groups of anywhere between 50 to 100 people. We don't allow cyclists here, but the tip of the iceberg for me was an incident where one of them broke the south entrance gate and kept cycling without stopping, taking absolutely no accountability for the damage they inflicted. If this review causes them to lose any sort of business whatsoever, I've done a good job in my eyes.
