Pretty awful app. I have this app on my website and was looking to upgrade in order to add custom questions. When I click on "upgrade my plan" the only option I can select is the free plan, which I am already on. I attempt to use their chat feature but it takes me straight to a bot who only recommends articles. (Asking to talk to a human doesn't work as they do not have human customer service agents. I do not recommend this company. I cancelled my pro plan after not using it for years. They neglected to ever send me notification emails of billings. I cancelled it ONE day after the payment came out and they refused to give me a refund. I use Calendly and it's great. I highly recommend Calendly instead.
Spend all this time setting everything up, launch the program telling all my customers. Bookafy randomly just won’t allow people to book after a certain date, been reaching out to customer service with no response. As the date approaches I just won’t be able to use it at all anymore since it is grayed out for any future dates.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought their annual subscription through Appsumo in November of 2020 as part of the Black Friday sale. They didn't honor the Appsumo price until I complained. A year later they charge my card again. Because I ordered from Appsumo there was no terms of service. I notice the one on their website says they will do this. Truly dishonest company. Started out with me being sneakily charged $100 for 8 months. I then realized they had been charging me money and I sent them a couple of emails over the span of 2 months asking them firstly if it was possible to get a refund but otherwise to stop charging me money. No reply. They still kept charging me money. I got really frustrated and wrote a reivew on Trustpilot.
