Place is well put together and most employees are friendly. But there is one lady in particular who was extremely unfriendly. She is an older lady who wear eyeglasses and is very grumpy. I get working at a desk isn't the greatest of all jobs, but have a bit of a friendly manner to customers. I work fast food, so I get having to force a smile. She needs to be terminated from that position.
Ordered alumni captioned tees pj pants shirts and ball caps for family for Christmas. Apparently shipped from several locations and delivered sporadically while we were away. Wrong item was shipped meaning grandpa didn’t get his tee shirt for Christmas - he didn’t want the one marked MOM. Tried to exchange but customer service rep didn’t understand the problem. Ended up donating the shirt. Finally talked vendor into crediting the charge. One very disappointed Class of 72 grad 👨🎓
