This company has been a nightmare. I posted a negative review previously and they begged us to take it down. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. After a botched onboarding process, personnel changes and the bookkeeper moving in the middle of the process it took them 6 months to produce P&Ls. This would have been frustrating but not a huge issue except they missed the tax deadlines and caused us to incur a penalty.
