My husband and I used Mr. Fleming to file our taxes. We found him to be very knowledgeable and responsiveness to any questions or follow up we had. I had referred other friends and family to him.
I believe my experience was bad. I had an appointment to get my taxes done on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. I left my paperwork and was told to submit additional documents. After, that I did not hear from Mr. Fleming. I called the office, texted the cell phone number, emailed him and there were "no replies" or call backs. I was not informed that an "extension" had been filed. I finally got a second appointment on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. and was confirmed of taxes being completed for efile.
