Lots of confidence in ability to do the bookkeeping, but after sever weeks of "getting to the bookkeeping" they called back and said they didn't have the time and that I need to get someone else. This unprofessional business practice caused unacceptable delays resulting in not enough time to get the tax returns filed timely. Big clue was the view from the street with unkept grounds and years of deferred maintenance with the old home, now being used as an office.
