I wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews here because I had a bad experience myself. PROS: broker is helpful and is pleasant to talk to CONS: A LOT 1. The trucking service always move the date of pick up and says that they will "pick up tomorrow" 2. Not on time, they said they'll pick up at 8am-9am, HOWEVER THEY PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AROUND 3:30pm 3. WORST THING IS, THEY LOST MY CAR KEY FOB AND REPROGRAMMED MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, NOW I NEED TO PAY FOR THE COSTLY REPAIR 4. IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR, IT IS HARD TO REACH THEM FO... read more
