Terrible firm to deal with dragged there heals ridiculously and cost me a house sale. Avoid !!
Not good at getting back still waiting for a appointment and paperwork 6 weeks on they are not good at to day was when my sister and were going to the house to discuss and decide what each of were to have of the family things they gave us one hour only tolded me I could not believe it there are still things left of family things I would like I would not use this company what do I do I would like everyone to think hard and long before using BOOKERS and BOlton

Due to mistakes made and delays we lost our house purchaser. They chased for paperwork which was sent to them several times, they sent the same documents for signature several times. They did not tell us that things were outstanding because they had lost documents. The buyers became frustrated and pulled out.
