My mother was transferred to this facility for Hospice the day she was transferred. She was only there a few hours before she passed the nursing staff so far during that day was great but the office staff not so much my mother passed April 22, 2026 and here it is July 8, 2026. I was supposed to get a refund for the amount paid less one day but the person handling that kept leaving things off and it was sent back from their corporate office.
