This is FANTASTIC customer service! Thank you so much to Dawn Dean with Booked Solid. She and I entered into an agreement early in January, I hired a personal assistant, and she was to handle my books for 2015 taxes as well as monthly moving forward. Unfortunately for her I was forced to shut down URankMe thanks to the web developer (ThinkCre8tive) not delivering - and my PA is gone - and then I published a book and hit the road and have not been good at getting Dawn the info she needs to consolidate the books / expenses. **** Instead of just keeping the money or sending me further bills, she sends me a full refund (without me or my PA even calling her)! **** Unbelievably great customer service. If you or anyone you know needs a GREAT bookkeeper contact Dawn.
