absolutely the most horrible experience ever! I booked round trip service to the airport for a trip. our driver arrived @ 4:30 am in a Tesla with almost no battery left and freezing cold inside. he didn't tell us for 10 minutes that he needed to go off course to find a charging station, making us 40 minutes late for our flight, totally unacceptable! if I had known this we would have just driven our car and parked it at the airport.
