Would not recommend This firm does not respond their clients well at all from personal experience with this firm. The attorneys will not return phone calls on urgent matters. I do not recommend this firm at all for helping people struggling with serious financial issues. My advise is to hire a competent smaller firm which will answer your urgent matters and help you through the difficult process of a bankruptcy. Please call your local lawyer referral line to get a good lawyer.
Okay for the price... Debra Booher does bankruptcy law. Her goal is to get as many people in as she possibly can. Therefore, client service is sometimes lacking. The people who answer the phone do not normally know what is going on and they do not like to transfer you to a lawyer. She gets the job done...although it is not done very well. Her price is about middle of the road for bankruptcies.
