This is the nicest shop ever! Not only do they have a great selection of unique merchandise, their customer service is top level! I had a problem with an item I purchased from them - probably a factory issue- not their fault at all! .. I contacted the manufacturing company and they wouldn't honour the warranty, but Boogie & Birdie immediately replaced the item for me - no questions asked :O <3 <3 Amazing experience!!
Bogie + Birdie is a delightful shop with unique gifts and charming finds! Went there last weekend during my trip to Ottawa. I picked up some fridge magnets, cute coaster and other presents for friends—everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend checking it out for thoughtful gifts and great service!
I always go there for my Christmas and birthday cards. They have the most lovely selection. Customer service is always so friendly and helpful. This shop is a wonderful alternative to the chain stores when it comes to gifts and greeting cards!
