I am very disappointed with the grooming service my dog received. After the appointment, we noticed cuts on his ears and other parts of his body. Before this visit, he never had issues shaking his head, but now he is aggressively shaking it, which caused us to take him to the vet for further treatment. As pet owners, we trust groomers to handle our pets with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary pain for my dog and additional expenses for us. The first time they cut my dog amazing even though they courted me 140 and charged me $190 plus the second time I came I told them not to shave my dog and what happened ...I was quoted 140 and they charged me $165 170 because the groomer had to take more time. Unacceptable and the dog got shaved
