Consumer Beware Bonzai Sports has a great selection of wetsuits and has some knowledgeable staff, but the detractions of the store far exceed the benefits. While one staff member was knowledgeable, the balance of the staff was overwhelmingly rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent. The manager was so discourteous to a fellow customer that the customer refused to purchase the wetsuit that she desperately needed.
