Today October 8th 2024, I called this location to try and set up a rental car for my girlfriend who is currently stranded in Homosassa Springs. Now a little back story. Hurricane Milton is currently on track to hit St. Petersburg/Tampa area where she lives. She was on her way up US19 to evacuate to Tallahassee when she was involved in an accident. Called several times to rent a car and nobody answers. Their website says that they are open till 3pm and it's only 11:50am. Phone is busy or keeps ringing until it switches to recording asking for the remote access code. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars.
Desk clerk needs some corrisma and sharpen his pencil. I will not return.
Renting a car was easy and staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Car was clean and well taken care of. Would prefer to rent from them verses Enterprise any day!
I've been calling this place since yesterday morning. No answer fand no response to my emails. I wasted money by taking Uber to there location. They were now opened even though there website listed they were opened until 3pm. Incompetent is about all I can say about my experience.
