These pros were phenomenal. I purchased some flooring that I was getting ready to install when it became apparent that the floor preparation needed was much too difficult. The most difficult part was needed feathering to do a 3/8 inch drop in a wide space in the dining room. Because it was in the kitchen and dining room, it was essential to be a near-flat finish. We built our dream house in South Jordan this year and our GC recommended using Bonsai. Josh was great to meet with us, discuss options and pricing points, and allow us to make the flooring truly custom. His team also did a great job on wood trim details (windows, and some picture frame wall mouldings). His team were our favorites of all subs we had on the home which took almost 2 yrs to complete. These guys are true craftsmen! Highest quality work done on time and done right. I’ve used them twice in the last ten years for hardwood floors in two different houses and couldn’t have been happier with both projects. Highly recommend!
