There is a sale lady named Colleen and she smelled like alcohol and was sounding a bit off on Monday . She is the one who mixed up my purchase and gave it to another customer . Thankfully she was able to get my purchase back but I was not happy for her screw up and making us come back up. I will not be shopping with her anymore . We love shopping at Bonpoint in Beverly Hills. The manager, Daniel, is incredibly helpful and always provides the highest level of service and class. Shopping here truly feels like a luxury experience, and it makes you feel good about supporting the store. It goes without saying that the clothing is of the highest quality, but what we especially appreciate is having a store where children still get to dress like children—even in the heart of Beverly Hills. I highly recommend this store.
Bonpoint is my favorite shop in Beverly Hills for baby and children’s gifts !! Everything is SO BEAUTIFUL and the staff are amazing !! Especially Daniel the manager and Ashley who are so competent and make every experience so lovely and kind!
