Customers service was extremely poor. Behind the sales assistant's polite demeanor, I sensed an air of insincerity and aggressive sales tactics.
I bought a few items for our first born baby and followed the official website return policy of within 14 days and was informed by this specific Madison store that they have their own policy on a tiny sign at check out. Their customer service does not come anywhere close to matching the high-end label of the brand. I cannot stress more to other moms : do not waste your time or money with this boutique.
