Your loved one will be very happy at Bonnyholm. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.They demonstrate knowledge and empathy of the dementia journey and are pro active in helping to understand residents individual needs . You have a chance for feedback on home electronically everytime you sign out. Within a few days mum was more settled than she had been in 10 weeks in a previous home. A massive thank you to all the staff
