Buys up outdoor events, runs them poorly, makes it intentionally difficult to contact them and even when you do get someone via email you get the run around (IE sorry can you give us your phone # to resolve this... a week later, sorry I am on vacation ill contact you when I return to the office, seriously I wish I was joking here). Perhaps they are ok on the publishing side but puts 0 effort or customer service into the outdoor event side of the business.
