The new owners/ tax preparers are horrible. I dropped off my taxes March 15, haven’t seen that they are done yet. I’m definitely going to someone else next year!!!
this tax service has been doing my taxes and my mom's taxes for over ten years. Always a return that is proper and beyond reproach, no IRS problems here. I really value their knowledge and to have someone you can always TRUST is like gold. this is a terrific group of professionals
It’s been well over a month since they did our taxes for us and it still shows they have not been filed and they will not return my phone calls. Awful service, do not recommend!
Well when we had our taxes down here the place was in turmoil the person we worked with the Trina seemed very good. Now it’s April 10th and we cannot get a response from them. We don’t know if they are filing our taxes or we are going to have to. My level of comfort is diminished at this point and if don’t get an answer soon. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.
