Bonnie has helped me in so many ways over the past few years meeting with her. She's been nothing short of a blessing in my life. My weekly sessions are now only every month or so because of the tools she's given me to deal with my anxiety issues.

My husband and I, met with Bonnie twice, once for the initial intake and once for a couple’s session in 2022. She was 15 minutes late to the first session and about 20 minutes late to the second session. She had us both fill out intake forms in the first meeting, to collect our personal and insurance information, she lost my husband’s forms and had requested the information multiple times, but never billed our insurance for the sessions. Terrible experience, worst of my life. After telling her repeatedly, she made me have "family therapy" with my ex husband and son. He was physically aggressive toward me, degraded me, called me horrible names and cursed me out in front of our young son. Bonnie did nothing and continually let him behave in that manner toward me. She is not intelligent, could not deal with an aggressive person and had no idea what to do. If you have any wish to reestablish a relationship with your children, please find someone else. We had an appointment today at 11:00am. Bonnie never showed nor gave a courtesy call to let us know the deal. Took off work and drove all the way across town just to show up and wait for an hour and not be seen. This is unacceptable when someone is in need of services for their child. Definitely will not be re-scheduling. Hopefully next provider is more professional.
