I needed repair work on my giant Tri-cycle I had my sister go straight to this bicycle shop. Long story short the person she talked to told her that he could not repair the flat tire because the bicycle needed special tools. After my sister came back and told me this I got my tools out, Disassembled the bike and took the tire to Les Schwab for a repair, I then reassembled the bike all without any special tools.
It's permanently closed... sad story
Quick service and reasonably priced.
Told me on the phone a bottom bracket replacement would be no problem same day. Told me in store that they would need to hold onto my bike for 6 days because they were busy.
