As a real estate investor I have done many closings and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The closing attorney Garth was not always good at answering emails and "went home early" even though we where waiting on him for info. The closing came and the seller didn't have the required signatures, which delayed it for almost a week. They did not recalculate the interest payments.
