INCOMPETENT! I recently worked with Bonneville Logistics on a load where severe weather (a major storm) prevented the carrier/truck driver from picking up on the scheduled day, leading to an overnight delay. The broker then attempted to charge us additional fees (including an 'overnight' or layover fee) beyond the originally agreed-upon contract rate.
