Every time I have called or gone in, the staff has been so polite! This stuff can be so confusing and I appreciate their help!
These rejects are crooks. When you move into your they manufacture false taxes and when you call them they keep transferring you until you give up. If you happen to pay it (they only give you a couple weeks to do so) they will give you fees because you tried to verify if the bill was accurate.
