Not that I am happy they're in my life, they still have a job to do and the debt I had was my fault. I was paying on an old electric bill and started ignoring them when I fell on hard times and they stopped calling and honestly I forgot all about them/it until a year later when I see a judgment in icourt and realized I forgot about it. I called them and initiated $50 dollar payments every week and they never pressed the issue to garnish me as long as I was paying. I felt like that deserves 5 stars

Received no billing or notice before getting served papers from Bonneville billing and collections. Couldn't get the same information from different representatives. Worst way to start my week.

This is the only collection company I’ve ever had an issue with the man on the phone purposely eggs things on and laughs at you to start an argument, and the 3 percent extra fee they charged was never in my contract I’m paying on. Not to mention the man who served me papers showed up at 10 at night, which is considered odd hours for debt collection, Which is very illegal, my attorney is filing complaints with the CFPB as I type this.

Even when you consistently keep in contact with them they still garnish you. I had a previous garnishment and while paying on that they told me I had another balance. I told them I couldn’t pay them for a couple months because between the last garnishment and the economy I hit a rough patch and need to try and catch up and they said to call when I’m ready to pay I said I would. yet I didn’t receive any letter or any other form of notice that I’m being garnished yet again and the only reason I knew about it is because my work... read more

This business was doing great until suddenly the set up my debt with wage garnishment. No phone calls, no letter, they don't send out statements anymore. I called to resolve my debt without the it going through wage garnishment. The individual I talked to couldn't tell me how much I owed after my last payment of fifty dollars. I had been making monthly payments....faithfully. I googled them and found that they're not BBB accredited and have licensing problems. What the HELL!?
