I was with the firm for 4 years. Over the years I have been bounced around to a new accountant every year with no information sharing at each transition. I was billed for repetitive conversations to answer the same basic questions to bring them up to speed. I was with them for over 4 years and had no issues for the first few years. Two big issues in the past 6months. First: If you need to talk to someone, don't think it will happen. Expect to wait weeks for a call/email back. You can get the front desk to answer, but no one calls you back. Second: I was pawned to a staff accountant who told me at 445pm I needed to sign a form, the form was due at 5pm. When I tried to drop it off (515pm, I don't live next door) they went home and never told me about their upload option for that ... read more
